ginko trees

Jamie’s all time favorite tree. This was taken yesterday just after we finished a family portrait session in Pasadena. Jamie was starrrrving but I just had to take a picture of her and these gorgeous trees. Wouldn’t you know it, I left the radio on and by the time we got back in the car the battery was dead. Any normal human being, grumpy from hunger would have given me grief. Jamie just laughed and handed me Elsie’s magna doodle from the backseat. I wrote a message and stood on the side of the road. About a billion people passed me up before a kind soul with cables pulled over and got us on our way. Hooray for kind souls. Hooray for Jamie. Hooray for rain and ginko trees in Southern California:)
